2. Always check the order delivery by visiting the link you submitted. (Dont rely on order status).

• ایک وقت میں ایک ہی اکاؤنٹ / لنک کے لئے متعدد آرڈر مت لگائیں۔ ایک ہی اکاؤنٹ / لنک کے دوسرے آرڈر کے لئے پہلے آرڈر کے مکمل ہونے انتظار کریں   
•  میعاد ختم ہونے کے بعد ہم کسی بھی قسم کی کمی کے لئے ذمہ دار نہیں ہوں گے

تب ہوتاہے جب ہم کسی آرڈر کو جزوی طور پر واپس کردیتے ہیں۔ بعض اوقات کچھ تکنیکی  وجوہات کی بناء پر اگر آرڈر مکمل فراہم نہیں ہوتا  تو ایسی صورت میں، ہم آپ کو باقی  ماندہ رقم واپس کردیتے ہیں۔ اس کا مطلب ہے ، آپ نے صرف اُتنی ہی ادائیگی کی ہے جو آرڈر  جتنی مقدار میں ڈلیور ہُوا ہے، باقی رقم خود بخود واپس  آپ کے اکاؤنٹ میں ریفنڈ ہو چُکی ہوتی ہے۔

ریفل کےلیۓ آرڈر آئی ڈی کے  ساتھ  درج ذیل چار معلومات لازمی فراہم کریں:

1- Order Start Count 

2- Order Quantity

3- Order Current Count

4- Dropped Quantity 

مندرجہ بالا معلومات کے بغیر ریفل کی کسی ٹکٹ پر کوئی عمل درآمد نہیں ہو گا، ان چار معلومات کے بغیر ٹکٹ کھول کر وقت ضائع مت کریں۔

درج بالا چار معلومات کی روشنی میں ٹکٹ کھولیں تاکہ پتہ چل سکے کہ واقعی یہ ڈراپ موجودہ آرڈر کا ہے ہا کوئی سابقہ ڈراپ ہے۔

اگر یہ ہمارے آرڈر کا ڈراپ ہے اور آپ کا آرڈر ریفل گارنٹیڈ ہے تو ایسا آرڈر ضرور انشاءاللہ ریفل کیا جاۓ گا۔ 

ریفل سسٹم کیسے کام کرتا ہے؟

ہر آرڈرکی "موجودہ گنتی" سے ہر آرڈر کا براہ راست صارف کے اکاؤنٹ کی "موجودہ گنتی"سے موازنہ کریں۔ 

ریفل کی درخواست کرنے کے لئے ، براہ کرم آرڈر آئی ڈی کے ساتھ ٹکٹ کھولیں۔ ریفل پر اسی آرڈر آئی ڈی کے مطابق کارروائی ہوگی۔ 

ریفل کی درخواست کرنے سے پہلے:

ہر آرڈر کو الگ الگ چیک کریں اور ہر آرڈر کو اکاؤنٹ کی "کرنٹ گنتی" سے ملائیں۔

مثال کے طور پر: آرڈر 1 ، اس کی کرنٹ گنتی کا موازنہ مطلوبہ گنتی کے ساتھ کریں (شروع نمبر + آرڈر کی مقدار) اگر اس کی کرنٹ گنتی آرڈرکی مطلوبہ گنتی سے کم ہے تو ، اسے دوبارہ بھر دیا جائے گا۔ لیکن اگر آرڈر 1 کرنٹ گنتی ، مطلوبہ گنتی سے زیادہ ہے تو ، اس کو ریفل نہیں کیا جاسکتا کیونکہ یہ شروع گنتی سے زیادہ ہے۔ 

عام طور پر ، اگر آپ کے پاس ایک ہی لنک / صارف کے لئے متعدد آرڈرز ہیں ، تو صرف اس کا آخری آرڈر دوبارہ ریفل کی ضرورت ہے۔ باقی تمام آرڈر میں موجودہ گنتی پہلے سے مطلوبہ گنتی (آرڈر اسٹارٹ گنتی + آرڈر کی مقدار) سے کہیں زیادہ ہوگی۔

اگر آپ کو آرڈر سے متعلقہ کوئی مسئلہ درپیش ہے تو آپ سپورٹ ٹکٹ کے ذریعے اپنا مسئلہ بیان کر سکتے ہیں۔ یہ خیال رہے کہ اپنا آرڈر آئی۔ڈی ضرور لکھیں۔ آرڈر آئی ڈی کے بغیر ہم کچھ نہیں کر سکتے۔

براہ کرم آرڈر لگانے کے بعد جلد ہی ٹکٹ نہ کھولیں۔کم از کم 0-8آورز انتظار کریں اور دیکھیں ، اگر آرڈر کچھ گھنٹوں میں شروع نہیں ہوتا ہے تب ہی سپورٹ ٹکٹ کھولیں۔ آپ  کےمسئلے کو حل کرنے کے لئے ہم یہاں موجود ہیں

اگر آپ کی کوئی ٹکٹ کلوز کر دی جاتی ہے تو پریشان نہ ہو ،جیسے ہی آپ کا بتایا گیا مسئلہ حل ہو گا، وہی ٹکٹ دوبارہ آپ کے اکاؤنٹ پر کھلا ہوا موجود ہو گا۔ عارضی طور پر ٹکٹ کلوز کرنے کا مقصد آپ کا ڈیٹا محفوظ رکھنا ہے ورنہ خودکار سسٹم آپ کی ٹکٹ ڈلیٹ کر سکتا ہے اگر اس کو تین دن سے زیادہ سسٹم میں رکھا جاۓ۔

e.g: order 1, compare it’s current count with required count (start count +order quantity). If it's current count is less than order required count, it’ll be refilled. But if order 1  current count is greater than required count, it can’t be refilled as it’s already greater.

Same, compare next order start count + order quantity with current count. If it’s less than order start count+order quantity, it’ll be refilled otherwise no, if the Current Count is greater than start count+order quantity.

Seprately compare each order with live “Current Count”.

Normally, If you have several orders for same link/user, only it’s last order needs to be refill. Rest all order already would be having greater current count than required count (order start count+order quantity).

Important: if order current count is less than order start count, it means it is previous drop. Because less than order start count, clearly means the drop is from previous orders, not from this order. So do not waste time for opening ticket for such order. Instead, check the order which has drop from the order which needs refill. Of course that order needs to be refilled which;

Current count is not less than order start count and its current count is less than the order required quantity. So this order will be refilled once you provide above requested 4 details in your refill ticket.
